2. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT – THE PURPOSES THEREOF AND THE LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING

In connection with our services, we may collect the following data: Name, e-mail address, address, telephone number and payment information. The personal data belongs to the category of general personal data. We do not process personally sensitive or other confidential information about you in the sense of the personal data legislation.

We only collect the above to deliver the requested services. We collect and process the information based on the nature of the data protection regulation.

You also have the option to sign up for our newsletter on our website. For this purpose, you must inform us of your name, e-mail address and telephone number. We only use this information in connection with sending newsletters, and only if you have given us your consent to receive such newsletters. You can withdraw your consent at any time. You can do this by following the unsubscribe link in the relevant newsletter.

3. HOW LONG DO WE PRESERVE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We only keep your personal data as long as it is relevant to us, and we have a legitimate purpose for keeping it. Your personal data is deleted continuously in accordance with the personal data legislation.
For documentation reasons, we preserve information that you have given us in connection to subscribing and receiving newsletters for up to 2 years after you have unsubscribed the newsletter.

4. YOUR RIGHTS

According to the data protection regulation, you have a number of rights in connection with our processing of your personal data.

4.1.     The right to access information
With few statutory exceptions, you have the right to gain insight into the information that we process about you, as well as a number of additional information, such as the purposes of the processing, the categories of information, the recipients of information, how long it is preserved, etc.

4.2.     The right to rectification
You have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected.

4.3.     The right to erasure
In certain cases, you have the right to have information about you deleted before the time of our general deletion occurs. For example this may be the case if it is no longer necessary for us to have the information for the purposes for which it was collected, or you withdraw your consent and we have no other legal basis for storing your data.

4.4.     The right to restriction of processing
In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted. If you have the right to have the processing restricted, we may only process the information – apart from storage – with your consent, or for the purpose of establishing, asserting or defending legal claims, or to protect a person or important public interests.

4.5.     The right to transmit information (data portability)
In certain cases, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format for personal use. The right also includes an option to have your personal data transferred to another data controller if this is technically possible.

4.6.     The right to object
In certain cases, you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data.
You can also object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, in which case we will stop using your data for this purpose.

If you wish to make use of the above rights, you must contact us via the contact details under section 4.1.
We will process a rights request as quickly as possible and within the statutory time frame, i.e. as a starting point no later than one month after we have received the request.

5. COMPLAINT TO THE DANISH DATA PROTECTION AUTHORITY

If you are dissatisfied with the processing of your personal data, we ask that you initially contact us. If you are still dissatisfied, you can contact the Danish Data Protection Authority. The Danish Data Protection Authority’s contact information can be found at www.datatilsynet.dk.

6. COOKIES

On our website we use cookies to improve the user experience. Some cookies are also necessary our webshop to function. Cookies are used on virtually all websites, and in some cases they may be necessary to make the website function as intended.
A cookie contains a randomly generated ID that makes it possible to recognize your computer, including gathering information about which subpages and functions are visited by your browser. But cookies cannot see who you are or what your name is.
Our website also uses analytics tools to gather statistics about the behavior of visitors on the website. We use the information to understand what the visitors are interested in, as well as how we can best present the relevant information to them.
You can always reject cookies on your computer by changing the settings in your browser. However, you should be aware that if you reject cookies, there will be services and functions that you cannot use.
