Repair & maintanence solutions

  • Ballast & Sea Water Pipes

    • Clean the area acc. to Sepcotech’s surface preparation

    • Apply one (1) layer of UNIGRIP 101 Super Guard Coating

    • Apply one (1) layer of UNIGRIP Super Wrap and make sure the coating penetrate the “Wrap”

    • Let it semi cure

    • Repeat this procedure until you have 4 layers of “Coating” and 3 layers of “Wrap”

    • Allow curing

  • Cable Pipes

    • Clean the area acc. to Sepcotech’s surface preparation

    • Apply 1st layer of UNIGRIP 101 Super Guard Coating

    • Apply one (1) layer of UNIGRIP Super Wrap and make sure the coating penetrate the “Wrap”

    • Let it semi cure

    • Apply 2nd layer of UNIGRIP 101 Super Guard Coating

    • Allow curing

  • Pipes Emergency

    • Clean the area acc. to Sepcotech’s surface preparation

    • Submerge the “UNIGRIP Repair Tape (Bandage) into water for 1 min.

    • Wrap the “Bandage” around the pipe.

      Uptain 7-9 layers over the damaged area.

    • Keep rubbing water until the Bandage stops “bubbling” (approx 5 min)

    • Allow final curing

  • Heating Coils Pipes

    • Clean the area acc. to Sepcotech’s surface preparation

    • Apply one (1) layer of UNIGRIP 101 Super Guard Coating

    • Apply one (1) layer of UNIGRIP Super Wrap and make sure the coating penetrate the “Wrap”

    • Let it semi cure

    • Repeat this procedure until you have 4 layers of “Coating” and 3 layers of “Wrap”

    • Allow curing

  • Pump Houses

    • Clean the area acc. to Sepcotech’s surface preparation

    • Apply Sepcotech UNIGRIP 201 Super Metal Filler

    • Let it semi cure

    • Apply 1st layer of UNIGRIP 101 Super Guard Coating

    • Let it semi cure

    • Apply 2nd layer of UNIGRIP 101 Super Guard Coating

    • Allow curing

  • Rudderstock Shaft Repair

    • Clean the area acc. to Sepcotech’s surface preparation

  • Tank Holes & Pittings

    • Clean the area acc. to Sepcotech’s surface preparation

    • Prepare a thin metalplate which covers the area

    • Apply a thick layer Sepcotech UNIGRIP 201 Super Metal Filler over the crack area

    • Apply a layer Sepcotech UNIGRIP 201 Super Metal Filler over the metalplate

    • Glue plate and the layer over the crack area together

    • Let it semi cure

    • Apply a layer of UNIGRIP 101 Super Guard Coating

    • Allow curing

    • Clean the area acc. to Sepcotech’s surface preparation

    • Let it semi cure

  • Cracks

    • Clean the area acc. to Sepcotech’s surface preparation

    • Prepare a thin metalplate which covers the area

    • Apply a layer Sepcotech UNIGRIP 201 Super Metal Filler over the metalplate

    • Let it semi cure
