The crew carries out troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance tasks, while the supporting TSI or external expert could be domiciled anywhere in the world. The chief enginee wears smart glasses, a medium through which the remote expert can see everything in real-time, with SeaWalker optimizing video quality via artificial intelligence (AI). Subsequently, the expert provides him with the guidance needed to undertake complicated operations.
SeaWalker is also optimized for use on mobile and can serve as a single collection point for images, videos, and relevant documents.
